I always default to John Cage or Duchamp on this one: the presentation of something as art makes it art at least, it’s been presented as such the discourse becomes the intellectual auto-fellatio that we’re always trying to reach I want to extend the charming metaphor to a completely inappropriate degree to describe fashion
